This role is an initial 6-week temporary assignment designed to support the team through a busy period, with the potential to extend.
You'll be part of a fantastic team with a great company culture.The RoleFull Accounts Payable functionProcessing accounts payable invoices in high volumesFind and merge multiple vendor accounts for the same supplier.Completing weekly and fortnightly payment runs including foreign currency paymentsInvestigating and querying any invoice discrepanciesCompleting supplier reconciliations via excelThree-way matching of purchase ordersResponding to all supplier queriesAssisting with daily banking and cash flow managementYour ProfileYou will have proven experience in an Accounts Payable position, where you have really taken ownership of the function, whether that be in a team or sole-charge capacity.
You will also be deadline driven with excellent communication skills.
Experience with NetSuite is desirable but not essential.
You must be competent with Excel.
