Account Manager

**Job Description:**

The Account Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day communication with key clients and supporting the execution of creative campaigns across digital display, out-of-home (OOH), and print. This role will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced, agency-style environment, with a strong ability to manage multiple deadlines, stakeholder expectations, and creative workflows, while ensuring high attention to detail and consistent brand delivery.

This role involves interpreting and analysing client briefs and campaign rollout plans, translating them into actionable internal briefs. The Account Manager must also manage the end-to-end creative production lifecycle, from briefing to finished art dispatch, across digital, OOH and print. Additionally, they will coordinate campaign timelines, resources and internal WIPs, ensuring consistent communication and delivery.

A successful candidate will have 1-2 years' minimum experience in a similar account or project coordination role. Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred. Previous experience in an integrated marketing or creative agency environment is highly valued. Proven ability to manage deadlines, multiple stakeholders and project resources is essential. Understanding of campaign production workflows across digital, OOH and print is also required.

The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills are necessary. A collaborative team player with a proactive, can-do attitude is also important. Highly organised, with strong prioritisation and time management skills, the candidate should be willing to learn and grow within the business, taking on feedback constructively. They should also be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and client needs. Skilled in anticipating challenges and resolving them calmly and professionally, the candidate should be a natural communicator who can build trust with clients and internal teams alike.
