The Role

We're looking for a Marketing Co-ordinator & eCommerce Specialist to lead day-to-day marketing execution while taking ownership of eCommerce performance. This is a hands-on role, suited to someone who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with practical delivery.
You'll be responsible for growing online revenue, improving customer conversion, and delivering data-driven digital campaigns, while also providing direction, structure, and support to the marketing function.
Working closely with product, pricing, sales, and development teams, you'll play a key role in shaping how PROGRAFIK engages with customers online and in-market.
Key Responsibilities
eCommerce Growth & Optimisation
* Lead ongoing website conversion optimisation and continuous improvement
* Create and refine conversion paths and lead capture flows
* Implement SEO strategies and optimise website content
* Ensure product content is accurate, current, and commercially effective, including:
o Producing new product imagery and video
o Auditing product documentation and descriptions
* Analyse sales trends, margin performance, and SKU velocity
* Select and manage Product of the Month initiatives using commercial logic
* Develop and implement Average Order Value strategies (bundling, incentives, thresholds)
* Track, analyse, and report on eCommerce and campaign performance
* Collaborate with backend and frontend developers to enhance site performance and usability
Commercial Campaign Execution
* Develop and execute online product campaigns, including Product of the Month and ad hoc specials
* Implement promotions, giveaways, and online incentives
* Source promotional items where required
* Plan and write EDMs that drive engagement and conversion
* Coordinate launch rollouts for new product releases
* Analyse campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights
Marketing Direction, Operations & Project Management
* Provide day-to-day direction across marketing activity
* Own catalogue production cycles, coordinating product managers, pricing updates, and design
* Manage internal review processes, priorities, and timelines
* Oversee overseas print production and freight lead times
* Ensure projects remain on schedule across multiple stakeholders
* Support offline campaigns, events, and ad hoc marketing initiatives
* Monitor workload distribution and priorities with the marketing assistant
Strong project management and leadership capability is essential due to cross-department dependencies and competing timelines.
Supporting Content & Video
* Film and edit basic product demonstration videos
* Create or coordinate AI-generated product videos
* Capture basic product photography using onsite equipment
About You
You're a commercially minded marketer who enjoys leading from the front and taking ownership of results. You're comfortable switching between strategy, execution, and team leadership, and you thrive in a hands-on environment.
You'll ideally bring:
* Experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or performance-focused marketing roles
* Leadership or mentoring experience (formal or informal)
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into commercial outcomes
* Hands-on experience with website optimisation, SEO, and campaign execution
* Confidence managing multiple projects and stakeholders
* Strong written communication skills, particularly for EDMs and product-led campaigns
* Basic video editing and photography skills (or willingness to develop them)
* A collaborative mindset and strong attention to detail
