About the Role:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Service Coordinator will play a key role in scheduling and supporting field technicians across HVAC, electrical, and security works. You'll be the central point of contact between clients and technicians, ensuring everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and schedule service jobs across multiple trades
* Manage job allocation, technician dispatch, and workflow updates
* Liaise with clients regarding bookings, timelines, and job progress
* Use SimPRO (or similar software) to track and manage service delivery
* Assist with procurement, invoicing, and general administration
* Work closely with the team to meet KPIs and maintain service excellence
About You:
* Prior experience in a Service Coordinator, Scheduler, or Admin role within the trades
* Confident multitasker with excellent communication skills
* Tech-savvy and experienced in service management software (e.g. SimPRO)
* A natural problem-solver with a strong customer service focus
* Able to stay calm and organised in a fast-paced environment
