Ready to take the next step in your midwifery career? Join us as a Clinical Midwife, where you'll lead with expertise, support a multidisciplinary team, and coordinate complex care delivery. In partnership with the Midwifery Unit Manager, you'll drive quality outcomes aligned with national safety and midwifery practice standards — making a real impact every day.
What Your Day Will Look Like….
You'll be at the heart of care—building trust with women and families, guiding colleagues, and coordinating midwifery practice through calm, complex and rapidly evolving situations. Your day will blend hands‑on clinical leadership with mentoring midwives and students, shaping care plans, and ensuring evidence‑based, culturally safe practice is woven through every interaction. You'll collaborate closely with the Midwifery Unit Manager, contribute to quality improvement, and support a positive, connected team environment where communication, advocacy and respect drive safe and empowering maternity experiences. With each interaction, you'll help strengthen continuity of care and inspire best‑practice midwifery across the service.
