HSE Manager - Latrobe Valley (Major Renewable Project)
An opportunity exists for an experienced HSE Manager to join a large-scale construction project in the Latrobe Valley region, supporting the delivery of a major renewable energy development.
Roster
* 3:1 rotation (3 weeks on site, 1 week off)
Key Requirements
* Extensive experience in a senior HSE role within construction or major infrastructure projects
* Mandatory: Advanced Diploma in Work Health & Safety or relevant degree qualification
* Strong knowledge of Australian WHS legislation and compliance frameworks
* Proven ability to lead site-based safety teams and influence a positive safety culture
* Experience managing audits, investigations, and risk mitigation strategies
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and oversee all site HSE functions across the project
* Drive safety leadership and ensure compliance with WHS regulations and project standards
* Manage incident investigations and implement corrective actions
* Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments
* Mentor and support site HSE personnel and operational teams
* Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on safety objectives
