Senior Estimator – Commercial Fitout & Refurb We are partnering with a highly respected T2 headcontractor known for delivering high-quality commercial, education, hospitality & retail projects up. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Estimator—or strong intermediate Estimators looking to step up—to join a company with real career progression. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed BOQs and variations Summarise scope of works and tenders Collaborate with delivery teams to develop proposals Provide initial estimating assessments for tender shortlist reviews Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal procurement to negotiate pricing Skills & Experience: 3-5 years’ experience as an Estimator, ideally in Fit-Out, Refurbishment, or large-scale commercial/infrastructure projects Degree in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying Experience estimating projects up to across Commercial, Retail, Education, Government, or Defence sectors Advanced in CostX, Cubit, or similar Strong financial acumen, attention to detail, and excellent communication Apply: Send your CV to lucia.ward@acrworld.com or call 0435 413 825 for a confidential discussion.
