Maintenance Manager - Station
Location: Bayswater Power Station

Key Accountabilities for the Role:
- Develop and embed a strong HSE culture, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, leading investigations, and driving continuous safety improvements.- Oversee day-to-day maintenance activities, ensuring plant availability, efficiency, and performance targets are met while managing both internal teams and contractors.- Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth, including managing apprentices and trainees.- Take ownership of maintenance budgets across OPEX, CAPEX, and asset lifecycle planning, ensuring cost-effective execution of work.- Manage service provider contracts, ensuring compliance with AGL's standards, while driving system improvements and best-practice maintenance in external providers.
What We're Looking For:
- Leadership experience in managing maintenance teams in a complex industrial environment.- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Advanced Diploma, or Trade Qualification with experience in maintenance management.- Strong understanding of asset management and maintenance systems, with a focus on reliability and condition monitoring.- Experience managing budgets, contracts, and external service providers to deliver maintenance programs effectively.- Commitment to workplace safety, environmental compliance, and operational excellence.- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
