The Role

As a Senior Manager at Bendelta, you will partner with senior leaders to explore complex organisational questions and help translate insight into practical change. This is not a conventional consulting role. Our clients often come to us when the obvious answers have already been tried. The work involves exploring the deeper organisational dynamics shaping leadership, culture, strategy and performance and helping leaders see their organisations in new ways.

You will lead significant client engagements from early exploration through to implementation. This includes working closely with executives to challenge assumptions, uncover what is really driving organisational outcomes and co-design solutions that are both thoughtful and practical.

The environments we work in are often complex and evolving. Being able to navigate ambiguity, ask insightful questions, and bring clarity to complex organisational challenges will be critical.

Alongside leading client engagements, you will contribute to the growth of the practice through business development, thought leadership and mentoring other consultants.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead complex consulting engagements from initial exploration through to delivery and impact.
* Partner with senior leaders to understand the deeper organisational dynamics shaping culture, leadership and performance.
* Design and deliver high quality consulting work across areas such as organisational design, leadership, culture and change.
* Navigate ambiguity and complexity, helping clients bring clarity and direction to evolving challenges.
* Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and confidently engage in executive-level conversations.
* Identify opportunities to deepen and expand client partnerships, contributing to the growth of the practice.
* Support the development of other consultants through mentoring and collaboration.
About you

You are an experienced consultant who enjoys working with complex organisational challenges and partnering with senior leaders. You are curious about how organisations really work. You are comfortable sitting with ambiguity long enough to find the real insight, and you enjoy helping leaders see their organization in a new way. You combine strong analytical thinking with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.

You will likely bring:
* Around 10+ years' experience in consulting, organisational development, leadership advisory, or a related field.
* Expertise in areas such as organisational development, leadership, culture, strategy, or behavioural science.
* Experience leading large projects and working closely with senior stakeholders.
* Strong problem-solving capability and comfort working with ambiguity and complexity.
* Commercial awareness and experience contributing to business development or client growth.
* Leadership capability, including experience mentoring or developing others.
* Postgraduate qualifications in Organisational Psychology or a Business (not essential)
