The role
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with registration, enrolment, program details, and appointment bookings, offering clear and accurate guidance.
- Promote Navitas Skilled Futures programs and events to clients and stakeholders, enhancing awareness and engagement.
- Ensure accurate and secure client records, data entry, and documentation to maintain seamless service delivery.
- Maintain a welcoming and professional environment in reception and student areas, addressing client needs with care.
- Escalate client feedback, complaints, or issues in a timely manner to support continuous service improvement.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and professional approach.
- Solid administrative skills and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
- Calm under pressure with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Awareness of diverse cultural perspectives and a sensitive, client-focused approach.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive environment.
Desirable
- Previous experience in the education sector or government‐contracted programs.
- Familiarity with student management systems.
