We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual looking to kick start their sales career in a thriving industry. Coupled with Logistics experience, you will bring your drive, enthusiasm and motivation to exceed KPIs - our client will provide the tools for you to learn and grow your career.

About the Role

As an Account Manager, you will drive sales efforts in the local market, with the potential to expand into broader regions. This fast-paced role combines strategy, client engagement, and market analysis, empowering you to identify opportunities, win new business, and nurture current client relationships.

You'll be more than a salesperson – you'll be a trusted partner, ensuring clients receive tailored solutions that drive success.

You will be allocated key accounts in South Australia and VIC, responsible for growing revenue whilst keeping new business opportunities at the forefront of your mind.

Key Responsibilities

* Leverage referrals, and marketing collaboration to attract and onboard new clients
* Attend industry events to connect with prospects and stay ahead of market trends
* Build and sustain meaningful relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention
* Negotiate contracts to achieve mutually beneficial agreements while optimising revenue
* Analyse market and establish competitive advantages
* Manage sales pipeline proactively

Key Requirements

* Proven track record in sales or Logistics operational roles
* Ideally you will have exposure to Salesforce or similar platforms
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
* Ability to identify and approach new business opportunities with the support of your team
* You will be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones
* Ability to travel to other states for client meetings
