Responsibilities
* Recruit, train, mentor, and support team members for success
* Lead & promote positive, supportive and motivated exceptional team culture
* Oversee daily operations to ensure delivery of high‑quality education and care
* Team rostering & manage the delivery of monthly events
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
* Achieve and manage business performance and KPI's
* Drive marketing & enrolments to maintain strong occupancy
* Introduce innovative ideas to continually improve quality and performance
* Suggest, discuss and assist management to implement new procedures
* Nominate Supervisor and Responsible person
Qualifications
* Diploma in Children’s Services / Community Services / ECEC (or equivalent)
* Past experience in a management role at a child care centre business
* Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework & Regulations
* Current Working with Children Check
* Current Police Check
* Recognised Child Protection Training
* Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Certificates
* Desire and willingness to learn, follow instructions, adjust and deliver results
* Strong time management and organisational skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to liaise professionally with families, team members and stakeholders
* Proven leadership experience in developing, supporting & managing teams
* Excellent skills and fast at using computer & software programs
