Duties and Responsibilities
* Processing guest check-ins and outs in a timely and efficient manner
* Accurately using the park's booking system to make reservations and manage accounts
* Coordinate with the housekeeping team to track readiness of accommodation
* Supply guests with information regarding property and local areas of interest
* Completing day-to-day office administration tasks
* Maintain excellent relationships with the park teams, residents, and guests
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Previous front office experience within the hospitality industry
* Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
* Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of reservation management systems
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Enthusiastic and positive attitude
