Key Responsibilities
* Lead a high-performing team to build capability and achieve business objectives
* Design and implement remuneration frameworks, including STI/LTI and bonus structures
* Partner with executives to strengthen people management and talent development initiatives
* Drive integration initiatives across acquisitions and global offices
* Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent programs to build strong pipelines
* Lead internal communications to ensure clarity, consistency, and cultural alignment
* Support culture initiatives, team building, and leadership programs across Australia and the U.S.
Requirements
Significant experience in a senior HR/People & Culture leadership role is essential. A strong background in HR Business Partnering, ideally within professional services or engineering, is also required. Proven success in leading and developing high-performing teams is crucial. Experience with mergers and acquisitions is desirable. Strong knowledge of remuneration, ER, compliance, and talent frameworks is necessary. Commercially-minded individuals who can influence and challenge senior stakeholders are ideal candidates. Resilience, patience, and the ability to drive cultural change in a dynamic environment are also essential qualities for this role.
