Key responsibilities include:
Electronics Assembly:
- Assemble electronic modules, subassemblies, and RF systems, including PCB work, cabling, and mechanical integration.
- Perform precision soldering (through-hole and surface-mount) and fabricate cable looms and terminations.
- Conduct functional and performance testing using oscilloscopes, spectrum analysers, VNAs, and related RF test equipment.
- Record test results, identify faults, and carry out component-level rework and repairs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Certificate in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical experience.
- Demonstrated experience in electronics assembly, testing, and fault-finding.
- Familiarity with RF and electronics laboratory test equipment and measurement techniques.
- Skilled in cabling, soldering, and hardware assembly with high-reliability manufacturing practices.
- Understanding of RF systems, antennas, signal processing, or EW concepts.
- Skilled in PCB soldering, including surface-mount components.
