Key Role Responsibilities
Manage claims from initial notification through to resolution, including complex and litigated matters
* Liaise with injured employees, medical providers, and managers to drive sustainable return-to-work outcomes
* Provide advice and strategies to business leaders across NSW and, on occasion, other states where we are self-insured
* Ensure compliance with legislative and self-insurance requirements, maintaining accurate records and meeting governance obligations
