To succeed in this role, you will have…

* Ideal qualifications include Community Services, Disability, Management or Marketing and/or significant experience in the delivery of services to people with barriers to entering employment.

* Experience in delivering high levels of customer service in a complex stakeholder environment.

* Strong networks in the community and/or employment services sectors and an ability to engage with the local community.
">
* Demonstrated experience in marketing/sales.
">
* Ability to achieve quality outcomes in line with KPIs.
">
* A current driver's licence, national police check, and relevant State/Territory working with children check, or be willing to obtain.
