This contract role supports procurement and contract administration within a busy government operations team. You will assist across procurement processes, contract management activities and reporting, working closely with stakeholders to ensure compliance and timely delivery.
Key responsibilities
* Support approaches to market and procurement documentation
* Assist with tender evaluations and recommendation material
* Maintain procurement and contract registers
* Process and review supplier invoices
* Support contract governance, risk and performance monitoring
* Draft contract documentation and management plans
* Provide secretariat support for procurement/contract meetings
* Maintain accurate records in financial and contract systems
About you
You are organised, detail-focused and comfortable working across procurement and contract support functions. You communicate well with stakeholders and can manage multiple priorities in a government environment.
Essential
* Knowledge of the Commonwealth Procurement Framework (CPRs)
* Strong admin and coordination skills
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Australian Citizenship
* Ability to obtain/hold Baseline clearance
Desirable
* Contract management exposure
* Experience using TechnologyOne (TechOne) or similar systems
