A skilled Delivery Architect or Architectural Technician is sought to join a renowned multi-award-winning studio in Sydney. With a strong track record of delivering multi-residential projects from concept through to construction, this role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to showcase their technical expertise and collaborative approach.
About the Role
* This position requires a minimum 7+ years post-graduate experience within Australian architectural studios, with a focus on apartment projects from DA to Construction Documentation.
* The ideal candidate will have high proficiency in Revit, including detailed modelling and documentation, as well as exceptional attention to detail and a solid understanding of construction methodologies.
* The successful applicant will be responsible for preparing full documentation packages from DA through to CC and construction, collaborating with Directors, Project Architects, consultants, and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
