About the Role:As a Nurse Practitioner, you will utilise your advanced clinical expertise to deliver comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, prescribe treatments, and support residents and clients with complex clinical needs across multiple sites.
You will play a key role in enhancing clinical governance, mentoring nursing teams, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that ensure safe, high‑quality care.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide advanced, evidence‑based clinical care and assessments for residents and clients.
* Prescribe, diagnose, and manage treatment plans within your endorsed scope of practice.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated aged care services.
* Offer clinical leadership, education, and mentorship to nursing staff.
* Support clinical governance, quality improvement, and risk management frameworks.
* Foster a person‑centred and dignified approach to care.
Key Requirements
* Current AHPRA registration as a Nurse Practitioner.
* Extensive experience in aged care, chronic disease management, or related clinical areas.
* Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision‑making skills.
* Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively within a team environment.
