About the Opportunity
In this position you will be responsible for:
* Providing support to the classroom teacher or teacher librarian to manage schedules and appointments.
* Using software applications to process and maintain accurate records, draft and update documents, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Responding to enquiries, providing accurate information promptly, resolving concerns, and recording correspondence according to established procedures.
* Assisting in the development, maintenance and operation of systems and databases, recommending improvements as necessary.
* Helping to establish and maintain filing and records management systems, including registers and databases.
About You
* Strong organisational skills to manage schedules and appointments.
* Proficiency in software applications for record‐keeping and document drafting.
* Effective communication skills to respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
* Experience in developing, maintaining and improving systems and databases.
* Knowledge of filing and records management systems, including registers and databases.
* No requirement to be Catholic.
