Key Responsibilities
Identify and secure new fit out opportunities.
Build strong relationships with property developers, tenant representatives, corporate real estate teams, and design stakeholders.
Lead sales initiatives and convert pitches into built projects, partnering with internal strategy, design, and delivery teams.
Ensure projects meet client goals, delivering on time, within budget, and with uncompromised quality.
Ideal Candidate:
Demonstrated BDM success in any industry, commercial interiors, fit-out, or commercial construction ideal.
Proven track record in exceeding revenue targets.
Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, design-led environment.
