This 28hr parttime role offers the opportunity to be a key part of a dynamic and growing retail business.
What you'll be doing
* Lead and motivate a team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
* Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
* Provide excellent product knowledge to customers and ensure the store is always well-presented.
* Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement strategies for growth and continuous improvement.
* Foster a positive and engaging store culture that reflects the Rodd & Gunn brand.
* Assist with training and developing the retail team.
What we're looking for
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar assistant store management role, preferably within the retail or fashion industry.
* Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive operational improvements.
* Genuine passion for the Rodd & Gunn brand and a keen eye for visual merchandising.
* Flexible and adaptable, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
