Key Responsibilities
Responsible in ensuring a secure, reliable, and efficient operation of the organization's Corporate IT network infrastructure to support continuous business and IT operations as well.
Infrastructure & Device Management: Design, implement, and maintain corporate LAN infrastructure and network refresh programs. Configure and manage switches, routers, and firewalls for optimal performance.
Connectivity & Remote Access: Manage and secure corporate wireless networks and provide robust support for VPN and remote access solutions.
Security & Access Control: Enforce network security policies and access controls, specifically for networks supporting CCTV and biometric stations.
Performance & Troubleshooting: Monitor network health, proactively identify issues, and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to prevent recurrence.
Core Services & Documentation: Administer IP addressing (DNS/DHCP) and maintain accurate, up-to-date network documentation and diagrams.
Strategic Collaboration: Work with cross‐functional IT teams to plan system upgrades and lead special projects assigned by IT leadership.
Requirements
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, or a related field
* Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in enterprise‐level network administration, Campus LAN design, and project implementation.
* Certifications (Preferred): Networking Associate (CCNA) or Professional (CCNP); specific training in OSPF, BGP, SDN, and Firewall management.
* Proficiency in managing Layer 2 and Layer 3 networks, including VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, and routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP.
* Advanced level in administration of network security components like firewalls (Checkpoint, Palo Alto), VPNs, and Access Control Lists (ACLs).
* Skilled in using network monitoring and diagnostic tools (e.g., Wireshark, OpManager, SNMP) and managing SDN and wireless infrastructure (e.g., Aruba, Cisco).
* Attentive to detail with a proactive approach to issue detection, root cause analysis, and implementing collaborative solutions.
* Ability to make sound decisions aligned with team and organizational goals while fostering effective working relationships.
