We are seeking an Insurance Broking Specialist to join our Perth team. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of commercial clients and building strong relationships with them.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Manage day-to-day servicing of a client portfolio, working closely with senior brokers.
 * Prioritise renewals, manage inbox tasks, and conduct weekly pipeline reviews.
 * Deliver high-quality work under time-sensitive conditions.
 * Assist with claims management and policy documentation.
 * Maintain strong client relationships through professional communication.
 * Contribute to client meetings by preparing relevant materials.
Requirements:
 * Minimum 2 years' experience in insurance broking, preferably in SME – Commercial accounts.
 * Tier 1 accreditation highly regarded.
 * Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
 * Experience working with corporate clients and understanding their insurance needs.
 * Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
 * Eager to grow professionally and expand industry knowledge.
