We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as waiters and waitresses. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience. Juniors are welcome
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns and requests
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
**Requirements**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of hospitality
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Good knowledge of Chinese food is a plus.
