About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Psychologist to facilitate the collaborative development, monitoring, and review of our Ed-LinQ program. This permanent full-time position will be based in the Redcliffe Caboolture region.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver high-level mental health services to consumers with complex treatment needs, ensuring culturally appropriate outcomes.
2. Utilize effective communication skills to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, government agencies, and non-government support organizations.
3. Support the implementation of Ed-LinQ workforce development strategies, aligning with state guidelines.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field.
* Significant experience in mental health services, preferably in a leadership capacity.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
