* Provide expert knowledge on local area attractions, inspiring our guests to explore and discover new experiences.
* Collaborate with the resort operations team to provide a high level of service and ensure a smooth check-in process.
Requirements
* Prior experience in a similar hotel position, demonstrating a genuine passion for customer service and the local area.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and provide an exceptional experience.
* Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards, reflecting positively on our brand.
* High levels of computer literacy, with the ability to use technology effectively to drive results.
