Safety and Compliance Expert - Policy, Risk Management
About the Role:
The Safety and Compliance Expert will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment by developing and implementing policies, procedures, and training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement policies, procedures, and training programs to minimize risk;
* Manage compliance practices to ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations;
* Provide expert advice on safety and compliance matters;
* Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement;
* Liaise with external agencies and stakeholders as required.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* A Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety or equivalent qualification;
* Experience in workplace rehabilitation or a related field;
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
* High level of organisation and time management skills.
