Job Description
* Analyse business processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
* Develop and present detailed reports, including recommendations for process enhancements.
* Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment between teams and objectives.
* Support the design, testing, and implementation of new systems and processes.
* Provide insights and solutions to complex business challenges.
* Ensure compliance with relevant public sector standards and guidelines.
* Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
Project Opportunities
* CRM Implementation Program – Supporting the implementation of a new enterprise CRM solution, documenting current and future business processes, leading and supporting requirements gathering and stakeholder workshops, assisting with activities across the full lifecycle from solution selection through to rollout. Prior experience in CRM implementations will be highly regarded.
* Digital Self‐Service Platform Enhancement – Supporting enhancements to an existing digital self‐service product, improving functionality such as eligibility checks and user‐facing workflows, involvement from early discovery through to requirements definition and design support. Strong experience in digital products, user journeys, and service design will be valuable.
Qualifications
* Relevant qualifications in business analysis, project management, or a related field.
* Proven experience in a business analysis role within the public sector or similar environment.
* Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Familiarity with public sector processes and compliance requirements.
* Proficiency in using business analysis tools and software.
* A results‐driven approach with a focus on delivering quality outcomes.
