Client Growth Specialist
We are recruiting for two experienced Client Growth Specialists to join one of Australia's most respected private insurance brokerages.
The role involves managing and retaining a portfolio of SME/retail clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational excellence.
* Liaise directly with insurers and underwriters to drive growth opportunities.
* Contribute to new business initiatives by identifying cross-selling opportunities.
* Maintain strong adherence to compliance requirements, industry regulations and internal policies to minimize risk.

* Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to identify growth opportunities.
* Developing and implementing strategies to retain existing clients and attract new ones.
* Working closely with the sales team to identify cross-selling opportunities and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
* Liaise directly with insurers and underwriters to negotiate premium discounts and policy terms.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and market research.
