**What we need**
OneCare currently have an exciting **Full Time / Part Time (negotiable) **opportunity for a skilled and motivated Grounds and Maintenance Assistant to join our team at Bishop Davies Court, Kingston.
As a **Facility & Grounds Maintenance Assistant** the successful applicant will:
- Maintain the grounds of Bishop Davies Court to create an inviting and homely environment for our residents
- Work as a member of the gardening and maintenance team to ensure that quality service is delivered whilst accommodating resident choice
- Undertake administrative duties associated with the role such as; invoices and work requests
- Follow and adhere to OneCare standards, plans and guidelines.
