Are you passionate about customer service and looking for a flexible, part-time role? We are looking for a friendly and organised Receptionist to manage the front desk at our Eight Plain Miles office, working 2 days per week on a permanent basis.
About the Role
Create a welcoming atmosphere at reception and ensure all guests are cared for and attended to.
Maintain a high standard of presentation in the office, including meeting rooms and reception area.
Assist with reporting, expense reconciliations and events.
What We're Looking For
Experience working on a busy reception desk.
Outstanding customer service philosophy and work ethic.
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Professional personal presentation.
