CPA have a number of vacancies for experienced and motivated Disability Support Workers to support clients within our group homes across the West Pennant Hills area
We have great weekly rosters available - lots of hours across a variety of shift times.
Your Duties Will Include
* Supporting clients to develop and maintain independence, and advocate for the clients and their individual needs.
* Delivering personalised support by assisting clients at mealtimes, personal care, administrating medication, manual handling using a variety equipment and aids.
* Transporting clients in our wheelchair accessible vans and pool cars.
* Monitoring the well-being of clients and reporting on their progress.
* Being part of a fun and dynamic team.
Requirements
* Demonstrated commitment to supporting and promoting the individual needs of our unique customers.
* Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts, including early mornings, afternoons, awake overnights and weekends
* Lived experience or experience working with people with disabilities
* A current NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum).
* Local to the Northern Beaches region.
