What You'll Do
As our Property Manager, you will be the heart of our operations, managing a property portfolio and serving as the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants. Although no two days are the same, you can expect:
* Tenant and Landlord Relations: Building and maintaining strong relationships as the first point of contact for day-to-day operations.
* Portfolio Management: Overseeing rent arrears, coordinating inspections (ingoing, outgoing, and routine), and managing lease renewals and new lease preparations.
* Operational Excellence: Arranging quotes and work orders for maintenance, ensuring top-tier customer service, and implementing best-practice company policies.
* Compliance: Ensuring all operations adhere to the Corporate Real Estate license guidelines and maintaining a high degree of accuracy in all documentation.
What You'll Bring
You're a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organised Property Manager. You have a proven track record of managing a property portfolio with a focus on compliance and outstanding customer service. You thrive in an environment where you are empowered to make decisions and are motivated by a sense of purpose beyond just profit.
Australian citizens or permanent residents are required for this position.
* A current Class 2 Real Estate License (or final stages of obtaining)
* Previous property management experience is essential
* Current Drivers Licence is essential as you'll be regularly offsite visiting properties.
