Position Overview
Receptionist / Office All‐Rounder – Full‐time, on‐site at Earlville Shopping Town, Cairns.
Entry‐level opportunity for a customer service star, university student, or office graduate.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact, greeting customers, visitors, and contractors.
* Manage the central email inbox, answer phone calls, coordinate centre radio communications, and assist with administrative duties.
* Maintain the lost property register and coordinate hire of centre mobility equipment.
* Provide all‐rounder support to the team, including marketing signage, data entry, tracking tenant sales figures, and general administrative tasks.
* Build positive daily relationships with retailers and assist them with basic administrative inquiries.
Qualifications and Skills
* Helpful, bubbly personality with excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Confidence using basic office technology: MS Word, Outlook, Excel and spreadsheets.
* Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure, following safety protocols and escalating when necessary.
* Strong attention to detail, multitasking skills, and genuine drive to support the team.
