The Role
* Assist and oversee the preparation, cooking and presentation of all our innovative and mouth‑watering culinary offerings
* Actively maintain a complete awareness and desire for nutrition and healthy eating
* Ensuring accurate implementation of allergy awareness controls
* Pursuing and fulfilling great ideas and seeking opportunities for improvement
* Ensure the safe production of a high‑quality product without compromise to the food safety guidelines provided
The Person
* Previous experience within a similar capacity gained in exciting and influential cafes, restaurants, hotels, schools and function environments
* Strong emphasis on modern, well‑being inspired menus
* The ability to switch from café style flair to fine‑dining and function standard food
* Ability to maintain a calm and respectful demeanour - always
