The College is seeking an innovative and inspiring applicant to the role of Counsellor as we move into an exciting future, to commence as soon at the start of Term 2 (the week beginning 20 April 2026), or earlier by negotiation. This ongoing position is working 3 days per week during term time (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday).
The Counsellor is responsible to the Principal for the management and fulfilment of the counselling operations of the College. The Counsellor will work under the guidance and direction of the Lead Counsellor and Deputy Principal of Pastoral Care, across all years to promote the policies and objectives of the College for the benefit of its students and community. This position forms part of the College non‐teaching, administration team. The person appointed is responsible to the Business Manager and works directly with the Deputy Principal of Pastoral Care.
