Our Regional and Agribusiness banking team (RAB) are passionatelymitted to supporting businesses across Australia and helping to build and enhance the financial well-being of our regionalmunities. With over 70 centres across the country, our team provides aprehensive range of services to our diverse range of business customers throughout Regional Australia. We pride ourselves on putting our customers at the heart of everything we do and supporting the success of regionalmunities.
Do Work That Matters :
As our Account Manager in this high performing team, you will work closely with Relationship Executives and Analysts to support the needs of a number of portfolios within the RAB team. This outstanding opportunity focuses on supporting the banking requirements of our new and existing clients, managing stakeholders and assisting in tasks required for deal execution, whilst supporting Relationship Executives in developing new business opportunities.
In this role you will have a high level of exposure to client support and will play a key role within the Relationship team. Your passion for customer service and focus on being number one in client satisfaction will see you stand out in this role. You will also gain great exposure to the credit and analytical elements of this team and the opportunity tomunicate with customers daily.
More Specifically, You Will:
4. Assist inpleting annual reviews and changes for existing clients and on boarding of new customers
5. Build and maintain effective working relationships with the dedicated support teams including Risk Management, promoting an in depth understanding of the client and of transaction proposals to ensure maximum efficiency in obtaining risk approvals to support business objectives
6. Proactively assist Relationship Executives and Analysts in understanding client needs, and identifying solutions on how to provide the best possible service and assist in identifying new business opportunities and clients to the group
We want to hear from you if you have:
7. Exceptional client service skills with experience ideally in a corporate,mercial or business banking environment;
8. Strongmunication, systems and process skills;
9. Theposure and drive tomit to meeting tight transaction deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
10. Initiative and a CAN do attitude, along with the drive to quickly develop new skills; and
11. A degree in a related discipline is desired
