About the Role
As a senior culinary professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the heart of our kitchen operations.
Main Responsibilities
* To lead by example and motivate a team of kitchen staff to work efficiently and effectively.
* To ensure every meal delivered is prepared with care, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
* To collaborate with apprentices and assist in managing the kitchen workflow to achieve optimal results.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
* A minimum of 5 years post-qualification industry experience.
* Possession of a Cert III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification.
* A valid Working with Vulnerable People Card or ability to obtain one.
* A strong passion for food, community, and minimising food waste.
