About the Role: As an APS4 Level Complaints Officer, you will play a vital role within the Internal Reviews and Complaints Branch, serving as a central point of coordination for the Agency's handling and resolution of reviews and complaints. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the coordination of complaints, from resolution at point of entry to assessment, recording, and referral as necessary. Contacting stakeholders to gather information and confirm receipt of referred complaints. Escalating complaints in line with established Agency processes. Contributing to accurate record-keeping activities to ensure team records are up-to-date. Coordinating correspondence, briefing, and reporting functions for the branch. About You: We are looking for candidates who possess: Strong communication skills with the ability to provide advice on moderately complex matters. Experience in complaint handling or a related field is advantageous. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively within defined parameters and apply established policies and procedures.
