Your new role
As the Maintenance Project Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and delivering high-quality project documentation following maintenance periods. You’ll work closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and approved by the customer. This role is central to supporting project administration and driving continuous improvement across AWS activities.
What you'll need to succeed
Essential Experience:
- 1–2 years in a similar administrative or project support environment
- Strong communication skills to engage and influence internal and external stakeholders
- Proven ability to support high-performing teams and foster a constructive culture
- Experience managing stakeholders within a matrix organisation
- Review and validate documentation submitted by vendors
- Provide daily status updates and reporting
- Maintain key systems with accurate status changes
- Ensure data quality and consistency across all platforms
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance throughput and efficiency
Desired Experience:
- Background in quality assurance
- Familiarity with SharePoint or similar collaborative tools
- Exposure to Primavera Core Model or equivalent project scheduling software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
