Our Brisbane office has an exciting career opportunity for a Junior Lawyer to join our growing Commonwealth Government practice.
You will be involved in work for a range of Commonwealth Government agencies, including providing advice in relation to administrative decisions, reviews in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal and various public law issues.
About you
You will be a detail-oriented lawyer, with exceptional communication and drafting skills and good academic results. Experience in any of the following is preferred:
* providing advice on statutory interpretation.
* advising on administrative law matters.
* participating in merits review in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.
* dealing with commonwealth statutory schemes, particularly Comcare and NDIS.
