About the Role
Are you passionate about real estate and looking for a dynamic role in a growing company? We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Field Agent & Leasing Agent in Kangaroo Point.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with leasing activities, including tenant management and property showings.
* Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure maintenance and upkeep.
* Oversee and manage keys for various properties, ensuring proper tracking and security.
* Complete entry condition reports for current tenants and ensure properties are in top condition.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in real estate or a related field is preferred.
* Solid organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Growth Opportunity
As the company continues to expand, this role will evolve. We plan to recruit a Business Development Manager (BDM), at which point this position will split into two distinct roles, allowing for specialisation and further career growth.
