We are seeking a proactive, organized and tech-savvy professional to support the seamless execution and delivery of talent development programs across the enterprise.
Job Description:
This role plays a critical part in enabling employee and manager development through high-quality execution, user-friendly tools and data-informed insights.
You will partner closely with the Talent Management team, HR, facilitators, vendors and employees globally.
This is a hybrid role - 3 days per week on site (Tuesday - Thursday) based out of our HQ
Key Responsibilities:
* Program Execution & Delivery
o Manage and deliver recurring talent programs, such as onboarding, management training and mentoring
o Coordinate logistics including scheduling, participant tracking, communications and evaluations and support
o Prepare and maintain program materials, decks, handouts and resources
o Ensure participant communication is clear, timely and aligned with program goals
o Ensure smooth execution by managing vendors, facilitators and internal stakeholders
* Talent Systems and Analytics
o Serve as the primary Talent Systems Administrator for key platforms including the Learning Management System (LMS), Goals and Performance Management and Succession
o Upload and maintain content in the LMS; curate learning paths and collections aligned with talent priorities
o Support data tracking and reporting across the broader Talent function including succession planning, talent reviews, performance, development and learning
o Tracks participation and usage, generates reports and dashboards to measure program effectiveness and engagement
o Partner with HRIS to ensure data integrity and functionality across all systems
o Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end users
* Communications & Enablement
o Draft and manage program communications, reminders and resource guides
o Write and maintain intranet content related to learning and development programs
o Ensure employees and managers know where to go for development opportunities and resources
o Support talent campaigns and launches through internal comms channels
* Continuous Improvement & Operations
o Define metrics and build dashboards
o Manage reporting on participation, completion, feedback and outcomes to improve programs
o Translate data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
o Maintain talent program calendars and project trackers
o Support vendor relationships and help with contracting, scheduling and invoices
Qualifications:
* 3+ years in a talent development, program coordination, HR operations or related role
* Experience administering and optimizing an LMS and digital learning content (SuccessFactors, Skillsoft or similar)
* Strong project and time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
* Strong Microsoft Excel and/or other reporting tools
* Comfortable using data to drive decisions and demonstrate impact
* Excellent communication skills-written and verbal
* Adaptable and resourceful, with a strong get it done mindset
* Experience supporting learning programs in a global or fast-paced environment preferred
