We are currently looking for a Store Manager to join our Mandurah team. No optical experience is required – we provide world‐class training to ensure you feel supported and confident delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Support, coach, and motivate your team to meet and exceed store targets.

• Act as Store Manager when required, including opening and closing of the store.

• Previous supervisory/leadership experience, ideally in a retail environment.
• Proven experience meeting and exceeding sales targets/KPIs.
