Ramsay Clinic Adelaide is seeking an Administration Manager to lead our front office and psychiatrist consulting suite operations. This pivotal position is at the centre of our hospital's administrative functions - ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality support for our patients, clinicians, and staff.
The Role
As Administration Manager, you will:
• Lead and support a dedicated team of administrative staff
• Oversee key hospital reception and administrative processes
• Drive continuous improvement and service excellence
• Work closely with hospital leadership to ensure efficient operations
This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you'll have the opportunity to shape how our administrative teams work together to deliver exceptional care and service.

Essential Skills and Experience
• Management experience with proven ability to lead and manage a team
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
• Planning and organisational skills
• Flexibility and adaptability
• An understanding of exceptional customer service
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office package)
Desirable Skills and Experience
• Tertiary qualification in health management or related discipline or a proven record of success in managing a complex range of services in a health environment
• Knowledge of health fund contracting system
• Experience with IBA/ Meditech or similar patient administration software
