Job Description
The role of the Gov Contract Manager is pivotal in maintaining and enhancing existing client relationships, secured by our business development team. As the primary point of contact, this individual will be responsible for effective contract management and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategically manage a portfolio of clients with formal contracts or standing offer arrangements in place.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize company resources and maximize profitability, performance, timeliness, and return on investment.
* Monitor and maintain strong in-contract management functions to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
* A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with demonstrated contract management skills.
* Experience in managing customers within the government agency sector (state or federal) would be highly advantageous.
* Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
