* 5 days a week, flexible roster days
* 24 hours a week up to 32 hours per week

THE POSITION
* Suitable for experienced operator looking for work-life balance or a step up for those looking for a career in hospitality management.
* Guide and lead the team throughout their shift.
* Assist the Cook with daily operations.
* People management and team development.
* Liaise with the client to ensure smooth operations.
* Provide excellent customer service and problem-solving support.
* Handle administrative tasks, including using Microsoft Excel for reporting, data analysis, and tracking performance, as well as other office software for scheduling and coordination.
THE PERSON
* Own reliable transport is preferred.
* Experience in a food and retail environment with a customer focus is an asset.
* Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
* Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
* Safety mindset.
* Over 1 year of team leadership experience.
* Well-groomed and professional in appearance.
