Job Overview:
The Greyhound Rehoming Specialist will form collaborative partnerships with trainers and potential adopters to optimize the rehoming of retired greyhounds via fostering or adoption.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential adopters and deliver exceptional customer experiences
* Provide ongoing support and guidance to adopters post-adoption
* Monitor and report on rehoming numbers in a timely manner
* Proven sales or customer relationship management expertise
* Ability to meet key performance indicators and service level expectations
* Capacity to build and sustain relationships with new and existing customers
